At Supermacchi, we want your jewellery to reach you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
🚚 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time — check the individual product page for details.

🌍 International Shipping
- Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days depending on the destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on our courier partner's website to follow your package in real time.
⚠️ Delays
Supermacchi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or courier issues. We'll always do our best to help resolve any delivery problems promptly.
📬 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately. We'll file a claim with the courier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
