We currently ship across India and select international destinations. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom and made-to-order items may take longer to process. Please check individual product pages for specific processing times.

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders above ₹999).
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (Available at an additional charge based on location).

4. International Shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination country, typically ranging between 10-15 business days.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹50 applies for orders below ₹999.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

7. Delays

Supermacchi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or courier service issues. However, we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues promptly.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
